Xcel says Poncha 2802 feeder work will be summer priority; 2803 deferred to fall pending permits
Xcel told county officials the 2802 feeder (Maysville to Monarch) is the company's summer work priority while 2803 work will be postponed until after tourist season; CDOT permitting is required before some work can begin.

County officials asked Xcel to clarify which feeders serve Salida and Monarch and when remaining work items would be completed. Xcel said the 2802 feeder serves Maysville up to Monarch and will be the concentration of this summer's work; 2803 will mostly be postponed until the fall or after the tourist season.
