County staff and the sheriff's office presented an updated organizational chart showing command staffing, detective bureau roles, courthouse security and positions partially funded by the Delta Township administrative fee. Staff said the structure is intended both to meet current obligations and to position the sheriff's office to pursue contracts with other municipalities.
