The Page County Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing Jan. 5 on a rezoning application filed by Flowerdew Hundred LLC to change a 9.69‑acre parcel identified as tax map 59-(A)-63F, located off US Highway 340 in Stanley, from Agriculture (A‑1) to Commercial (C‑1). Zoning Administrator Tracy Clatterbuck presented the application record and noted the Planning Commission had recommended denial by a 4‑1 vote at its Oct. 14, 2025 meeting.
