The Board executed Amendment Number 18 to the multi-county contract among Brown and Clermont Counties and participating juvenile courts governing the Clermont/Multi-County Juvenile Detention Center. The amendment guarantees an allotment of two beds at a per-diem cost of $125 per bed and specifies that any admissions in excess of the guaranteed two beds, based on availability, will be billed at $135 per diem per bed. The amendment is effective March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026.
