Preston gave the council his monthly report, summarizing completed and upcoming projects: a November 20 water tower ribbon cutting, meetings with courthouse engineers, groundbreakings on December 9 for a Tractor Supply in Denmark and for Riley Drive, and preparations for an Emergency Operations Center bid package planned for January or February. He also noted a December event at Voorhees University where a grant and business pitch award were given to a Bamberg entrepreneur.
