Clermont County commissioners approved a series of engineering and water-resources items on Jan. 8, executing record plats and authorizing release of maintenance bonds in multiple subdivisions. The Board accepted streets in Willow Brook Farms Sections 1 and 2 into the Miami Township public road system and authorized release of maintenance bonds secured by cashier's checks ($21,000 and $20,000 respectively).
Separately, the Board authorized release of maintenance bonds and acceptance of water and sewer main extensions into the County Waterworks and Wastewater Systems for Grove Park (Phase 1), Harvest Meadows (Phase 1), Estrella (Section 1), and Lamorna Cove (Phase 1B). Bond amounts were listed in the minutes by subdivision; the Board approved the actions consistent with Clermont County Water Resources Department rules and the County Engineer's recommendations.
