Committee signs grants and contract staffing changes; minutes approved
At its Feb. 5 meeting the Administration Committee approved the Jan. 22 minutes and signed resolutions authorizing a Marine Safety Program grant application (A2602136), accepting a Best Friends Animal Society fostering grant (A2602142), and approving a staff change to the WMED contract (A2602144).

The Administration Committee moved to approve the minutes of Jan. 22, 2026 (motion by Chairman Jim Curran, supported by Sharon Tyler) and the motion carried, according to the meeting minutes. The committee also signed multiple resolutions during the meeting: A2602136 authorizes the sheriff to execute and submit a Marine Safety Program grant application; A2602142 accepts a grant from Best Friends Animal Society for fostering efforts; and A2602144 approves a staff change to the WMED contract.
