Don Trail, representing Building & Grounds, told the committee there are no updated conceptual drawings for the Administration building and sought permission to issue a request for proposals to upgrade security at the building entrance. Chairman Jim Curran asked Trail to email plans and concepts to the committee and instructed Trail to put together a proposal for formal review.
Trail said he would ask Bacchiocchi for updated drawings and the committee concurred with moving forward on issuing an RFP. The minutes record the committee’s concurrence but do not show a separate roll-call vote; the request is recorded as direction to staff to proceed with the competitive procurement process and return with proposals.
