Commissioners discussed the need to replace/repair the courthouse HVAC system and agreed to post a formal request for proposals (RFP) to solicit bids. A commissioner moved to post the RFP and the motion was seconded; a roll-call vote followed and the board approved moving the RFP to public posting.
