Commission approves corrected Hales site plan after front‑setback error

The packet included revised drawings and a site plan (Attachment #5). Commissioners voted in favor of the corrected permit; the Commission record states that the updated site plan will become the official plan for building and that the earlier Land Use Permit will be voided. The applicant will follow standard permit inspection and recording procedures under Huntsville Town rules.
