The Planning Commission approved a revised site plan Nov. 21 for the Hales residence at 7256 E 100 S (Parcel #240150017), replacing a prior permit that contained an error in the front setback. The homeowners asked for the official site plan to reflect a 30-foot front setback from the property line; the Commission approved the corrected plan and voided the earlier permit.
