The Huntsville Town Planning Commission recommended that the Town Council adopt Ordinance 2024.11.6, which replaces Title 15 (Subdivisions) to reflect recent state code changes and to streamline subdivision review. The recommendation followed a public hearing and discussion at the Nov. 21 meeting; Commissioners Allen Endicott, Liz Poulter and Suzanne Ferre voted to forward the ordinance to the Town Council.
