Only the incumbent cleaner, Renata Sawyer of SVT, attended the pre-bid meeting for municipal cleaning; the Select Board voted to accept her bid but added a verification checklist to ensure required tasks (for example, dusting and use of clean mop heads) are completed. Grant proposed and the motion passed unanimously.
