Andrea Ameden reviewed detailed edits to the engineering RFP for Winhall Hollow Road and asked that the RFP specify the existing road condition, request tests to confirm that status, extend scope 100 feet beyond the bounds, request recommendations for structure type (bridge or box), and include an Opinion of Probable Cost. She said she would draft a scoring rubric, set a deadline for questions (June 25), and send the changes to Lissa Stark for publication.
