Highway Administrator Miranda Beadles presented a formal request that the Commission ask the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) to award 'soft match' credit for non-federal funds used on the Green Bridge project. Soft match credit can be applied toward future bridge construction, used in lieu of local funds for state inspections, or sold to other counties, according to the minutes.
