Carmen Simone, Deputy Director of General Services, and Nick Williams, Maintenance Supervisor, presented an agreement with If It's Water, Inc. Both procurement items were placed on the March 24 work session agenda for Board review, but the minutes do not record award amounts or a Board vote in the work-session text.
