At the March 17 meeting, Road & Water Manager Chris Bullock asked whether to re-bid the snowplow contract or allow it to auto-renew. The board agreed to let the contract auto-renew to keep current pricing rather than risk higher costs if rebid. No formal motion was recorded; the decision was captured as a board consensus.
