The Commissioners’ Court adopted Order #O-20260324-4 on March 24 to repeal Order No. 20240108 and adopt new policies and procedures for disposition of the body of a deceased pauper. The adopted policy sets cremation services at $1,500 inclusive of all charges and fees.
