The Midland County Commissioners’ Court approved creating and funding courthouse security deputy positions for Constable Precincts 1 through 4, specifying grade and step 21.7 for each position. The four constables presented funding requests with precise amounts: Precinct 1 (Douglas Brown) $27,134.41; Precinct 2 (Scott Casbeer) $15,134.41; Precinct 3 (Jerry Cook) $27,135.00; Precinct 4 (Jamie Hall) $15,134.41.
