Yates County Planning Board approves routine referrals, notes trainings and Benton solar approvals
At the Feb. 26 meeting the board approved GML 239 findings on several referrals, announced LULA and regional trainings, and learned two Town of Benton solar farm projects were approved previously by supermajority votes.

The Yates County Planning Board completed its agenda with a series of advisory GML 239 findings on local referrals and several routine announcements. Motions recording no significant countywide impact were adopted for multiple referrals, and the board approved adjournment at 7:50 p.m. (motion by David Adam, seconded by E. Gilman).
