County social services reports November caseloads, heating-assistance changes
Orange County Department of Social Services reported November 2025 figures including 1,560 temporary/family assistance cases, 18,166 SNAP recipients, 20,007 Medicaid recipients, and $3.1 million in child support disbursements; HEAP opened Dec. 1 and heating repair assistance is more limited this year.
