On March 11 the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners awarded a custodial services contract to DSC Solutions, LLC of Lancaster for a one‑year base period beginning March 28, 2026 and four one‑year optional renewals. The contract amount for the base year is $397,227.48 and the minutes state this is a decrease of $235,208.52 (37.19%) from the present contract, attributed to a reduction in manhours and services being provided.
