Mulberry Springs Vineyard & Winery’s application for an agri‑entertainment venue and related variances was tabled on Sept. 2 at staff’s recommendation because litigation involving the county and the winery remains unresolved. Planning staff told the commission that the request should not be scheduled until the lawsuit is resolved; commissioners unanimously voted to table the item to a date to be determined (motion by Frank Sosebee; vote 4-0, Hunt absent).
