The Hall County Planning Commission voted on Sept. 2 to table a variance request for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 7365 Bill Wilson Road to the Nov. 3, 2025 Planning Commission meeting to allow staff and the applicant time to pursue compliance. The applicant, property owner Nedra Riddle, informed the board that a second structure was moved to the 5.20± acre property and the structure had been finished on site without a building permit. The motion to table passed 4-0 (Hunt absent) after Commissioners voiced safety and permitting concerns.
