Resident urges county action on Spring Creek HOA access fees, deed omissions
A Spring Creek resident told the commission that subdivision approvals omitted required deed language obligating roughly 600–900 properties to pay road/access association fees, and asked the county to produce a plan within 60 days to monitor enforcement and resolve unpaid assessments.
