Doctor Stanley told the boards that over the past decade the division lost roughly 400 students and that Tomahawk Elementary is the notable exception to the decline: "that's where we're we're crowded... we've got 700 kids enrolled in Tomahawk," he said, and noted program-capacity calculations place Tomahawk close to full utilization in regular classrooms.
