Stephanie, representing the district clerk’s office, said the county’s current jury system is outdated (circa 2009) and the new software will enable more online public access to jury questionnaires, address updates and messaging; she said the office expects to begin implementation in January. On the record, staff reported an ARPA‑sourced implementation total of $885,310; the court moved, seconded and approved the purchase by voice vote 5–0.
Court and clerk staff said the upgrade will also allow the clerk’s office to manage forms and procedures in‑house rather than requiring vendor changes for routine edits, and will improve juror notification via text and email.
