A committee member raised neighborhood concerns about what appears to be a temporary culvert on H Street behind the airport near Lomax and asked whether it signaled plans to construct a road through that area. Ray replied: "That's just a temporary. There's no road plan to go in there." The member said residents had sought verification that the culvert was temporary and staff confirmed they would be the first to know of any changes.
