Commission allows temporary construction trailer at Lanier Waterside development with removal requirement
Summary

Kyle Petty sought a conditional use to place a construction trailer on a 16.16± acre Planned Residential Development at the terminus of North Waterworks Road while the development is under construction. Staff presented the item because the applicant was not present; neighbors asked questions about placement and hours and one asked whether the matter should have been decided when the PRD was approved.
The Commission approved the conditional use with conditions requiring removal of the trailer within 30 days of final residence occupancy and compliance with the Unified Development Code standards for construction trailers (section 7.9.4.B). The motion passed 4‑0.
