The council approved the consent agenda with several items removed for separate consideration. After roll call, the council approved item 6g with a clerical correction and later approved item 6n (Eagle Arts Advisory grant to Idaho Concerts in Care) with a not-to-exceed award of $3,125. Council also approved Change Order #1 for the Eagle Regional Athletic Park — increasing the city's share by $83,716 to meet Farmers Union Canal requirements.
