ESU budget, Pathfinders changes and software costs discussed in work session

Standish told the board the ESU maintains a separate budget that totals the referenced $18,000,000 and that expenditures are driven by contracted services (many contracts effectively pay for personnel). She said the ESU carries a contingency line to account for federal grant awards the ESU sometimes receives.
