The Elko County Commission opened a public hearing on Notice 20203 concerning application 90T (Wright Land Company LP / WBWLP), which seeks a temporary change of point of diversion and place of use for water permit 46900 to support exploration drilling for the Maverick Springs Exploration Project. The chair opened the hearing and staff explained that the requested change would temporarily move the point of diversion from White Pine County into Elko County and shift the place of use farther into Elko County.
