The Allen County Plan Commission voted unanimously to send a "Do Pass" recommendation to the Board of Commissioners on Rezoning Petition REZ‑2025‑0058 and to conditionally approve the related primary plat PP‑2025‑0012 for Switchgrass Ridge, a proposed 126‑lot single‑family subdivision on the 11500–12100 block of Lower Huntington Road.
