The Planning Commission approved a variance for an amenity building in the Somerset at Riverbrook townhome development to reduce the front-yard setback from 30 feet to 20 feet. The development was rezoned in 2021; applicants said the variance is sought to accommodate topographical constraints and proximity to an internal road rather than Thompson Bridge Road.
