Petitioner withdraws occupancy variance, submits updated plans and septic report
Attorney Michael Roth told the board the petitioner withdrew its earlier occupancy-variance request and submitted an updated floor plan, a reconversion plan, and a soil/septic evaluation prepared in Aug–Sep 2025; he said the septic plan would be submitted to the DuPage County Health Department if zoning is approved.

At the July 16 rehearing on petition 26O32, petitioner’s attorney Michael Roth asked the board to adopt the prior hearing record and said the petitioner no longer seeks a variance on the number of occupants. "We are waiving our request for that variance," Roth said, removing the occupancy exception from the current application.
