The Sandy Transit Advisory Board voted to adopt proposed amendments to its bylaws after a brief discussion and procedural review. Heather, a board member who led the bylaws review, described specific language changes to membership and officers; a motion to accept the revisions was moved and seconded and the board chair called the vote as unanimous.
