Owner requests 90‑day extension in unsafe‑building case; commission to recheck progress

Corey Roser presented updated photos and inspection findings for Unsafe Building Case #20‑23 (Stanger Family Trust), located at 467 E 800 S, Bunker Hill. Property representative Tristan Stanger said work had been delayed by health problems and cold weather but that tenants had been removed and a purchaser with an excavator is lined up to complete demolition. Tristan said medical records stored on the property need to be removed before demolition can proceed and requested a 90‑day extension and lifting of the demolition order.
