The Village of Catskill Planning Board voted to approve a residential renovation at 29 New Street during its July 13, 2026 meeting. The project, described as an R1 single-family renovation with interior second-floor work, additional structural posts and evenly distributed windows, was declared by the board to be under lead agency review and classified as a Type II action.
