Salary Board OKs HVAC coordinator pay increase and probationary pay change
The Tioga County Salary Board on March 11 approved a pay increase for Patrick Rarig to $18.50/hr for taking on the HVAC Coordinator role, confirmed Noah Fitch’s probation completion and $1.50/hr increase, and corrected Reva Baldwin’s grant payment arrangement.

Following the commissioners’ meeting, the Tioga County Salary Board convened at 10:44 a.m. and approved several personnel pay matters. The board approved a salary change for Patrick Rarig to $18.50 per hour effective March 9, 2025 for taking on the role of HVAC Coordinator. The board also acknowledged that Noah Fitch, Probation Officer, had satisfactorily completed his probationary period and approved a $1.50 per hour pay increase effective with the February 28 pay date per the union contract.
