At its March 11 meeting, the Tioga County Board of Commissioners issued several formal proclamations recognizing county and statewide observances. The board proclaimed March 16–22, 2025 as Pennsylvania 4‑H Week, noting that 4‑H programs served 226 youth in Tioga County and stressing the role of Penn State Cooperative Extension in county programming.
