Fulton County commissioners authorized a $20,000 increase for Pettisville waterline contract services and multiple transfers reallocating funds for water and sewer projects, plus a $460,000 transfer to the sanitary engineer's charges for services; the resolution passed unanimously.

At the Feb. 5 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-096 to increase and transfer appropriations across multiple departmental accounts. Commissioner Jon Rupp moved the action and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the motion passed 3-0.
