Fulton County commissioners approve routine resolutions, set bid date for 2026 crack-seal program

On Jan. 22, 2026, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted a series of routine resolutions covering meeting minutes, the day’s agenda, budget transfers, a lease addendum, procurement procedures and authorization to advertise bids for a 2026 crack-seal program.
The minutes for the Jan. 20 meeting were approved as Resolution 2026-059 after Commissioner Jeff Rupp moved and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the record states, “Motion passes 3-0.” The board then approved the agenda (Resolution 2026-060) and several financial transfers and appropriations listed in Resolution 2026-061. The commissioners also approved Addendum #4 to Lease 2016-52 with the Board of Developmental Disabilities (Resolution 2026-062) and agreed to advertise bids for the county engineer’s 2026 Crack Seal Program, setting a bid receipt deadline of 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2026 (Resolution 2026-063).
The board additionally approved a purchase order computer edit list and travel requests as recorded in Resolution 2026-064. Each of these actions was moved and seconded on the record and carried by a 3-0 vote. The meeting minutes show the formal roll-call procedures required by state law for each adopted resolution.
