Brian Klinsick, the county road engineer, briefed commissioners on multiple maintenance projects and operational updates. He said rehab work was completed on Pettus Road using a reclaimer, outlined plans to widen a narrow section of FM 1205 in Precinct 2, and described tree removal operations after six trees fell on Solange Road (the road was closed temporarily while crews cleared debris). Klinsick said the goal is to perform work at a construction standard so the repairs do not require near‑term rework.
