Road engineer reports US 87 milling, County Road 13 stabilization plans

Road engineer Mr. Klinsick (speaker 4) updated commissioners that the county is providing trucking to the Texas Department of Transportation for milling work on US 87 north of the business ramp; he estimated about 300 tons will be hauled, with Howard County receiving the reclaimed material for reuse.
