Road engineer reports US 87 milling, County Road 13 stabilization plans

He also discussed sequencing for other county roads (including moving to County Road 41 after completing work on 13) and noted contractor availability and scheduling constraints tied to other regional projects. Commissioners asked questions about complaints that a stretch had become slick and discussed options to improve driving texture and durability.
