During the April 13 meeting, the Court considered three subdivision items. Plat packets presented included Hawkins Oak Estates (Lots 1–16, Block 1, Precinct 2) with a requested 20‑foot road frontage variance affecting five lots and one lot with 19.79 feet of frontage, and a replat for Circle N Oaks Estates (Tract 1 1R, Precinct 1) including variances related to drainage, building over a building line and lot size.
Chad Davis presented the plats in the submitted packet. After discussion, "Motion made by Hayes, seconded by Burns, and unanimously adopted by the Court to approve the two plats submitted, the final plat Hawkins Oak Estates with the variances requested and the replat Circle N Oaks Estates, with variances as requested." The Wild Oak Hills replat (Phase 2) was tabled with no variances requested at that time.
Approvals move the plats forward for recording and development steps as allowed under county platting rules.
