Ward County approves routine bills, reports, salvage declaration, ballpark change order and curative deed
At its March 24 meeting the Ward County Court unanimously approved payment of county bills, officers' reports, the treasurer's monthly report, declared old electronics salvage, approved a change order for ballpark construction, and approved a curative deed for the old Rattlesnake Refinery property near Wickett.

Several routine and administrative items were approved by the Court on unanimous motions. Commissioners voted to pay the county's bills and accept officers' reports; the treasurer's monthly report was also approved. The Court declared old electronics equipment salvage and adopted a change order from Gay & Son Masonry, L.P. for construction at the ballparks.
