County OKs multiple substitute care agreements for MCDJFS referrals

A series of resolutions (26-0264–26-0272 and related items) authorize agreements with multiple substitute care providers to serve eligible individuals referred by the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services through various 2026–2027 dates.

The board's agenda included a cluster of resolutions authorizing substitute care services agreements between the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners (and MCDJFS) and a set of providers, including Adonai's Haven of Rest; Alabama Clinical Schools; A Place of Hope, LLC; St. Vincent Family Center; SJO Kids dba NewPath Child & Family Solutions; Village Behavioral Health; Adolescent Oasis, Inc.; Children's Center of Ohio, LLC; The Marsh Foundation; and The Village Network. The resolutions generally authorize contractual service relationships to provide substitute care for eligible individuals referred by the County Department of Job and Family Services, with varying end dates through 2026 and into 2027 depending on the provider.
