Hudson Knapp, a Florida State University intern mentored by Alex Palmer in Property Management, presented an ADA transition‑plan GIS prototype that digitizes 59 vendor reports and catalogs roughly 3,232 discrete ADA projects countywide. Knapp said the inventory includes priorities (high/moderate/minor), status categories (planning, in progress, completed) and a public‑facing portal prototype that would let residents see accessibility at a glance. "Having a thorough, well done transition plan allows the county to be eligible to apply for Community Development Block Grant funds," Knapp said, describing cost‑saving advantages of prioritizing by site and consolidating work orders.
