The court accepted a donation of permanent right-of-way from Tatum and Melissa Eperjesi for a bridge replacement project on County Road 1590 in Alvord. Commissioner Kevin Burns described the donation as approximately 2,400 square feet and said it is part of the TXDOT bridge replacement program.
