Wise County approves interlocal projects with Runaway Bay, Parker County and Decatur
The Court approved three interlocal agreements: Runaway Bay will replace a failed culvert with a small bridge (County supplying beams and hauling), a joint repair on Sadie Lane with Parker County, and additional County labor to install asphalt on Greenwood Road in Decatur.

The Wise County Commissioners' Court unanimously approved several interlocal project agreements on March 23. On behalf of Commissioner Colby Shawn, Judge J.D. Clark presented an agreement with the City of Runaway Bay to replace a failed culvert on Jim Walters Drive with a small bridge; the county will provide surplus ridge beams and hauling services and will install approaches and guardrails, while Runaway Bay funds materials beyond the surplus provided.
