Commissioner Jake Liebau moved and Commissioner Perry Russell seconded a motion to approve and adopt the hourly employee adjustable hiring tool/wage scale as presented. The motion carried 3-0, formally adopting the new tool to guide hiring and starting pay for hourly county positions.
